Free shipping on all US orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Canadian orders ship at the rate calculated at checkout. Any duties or import taxes are payable by the recipient.

Returns

30-day return window on unworn, unwashed pieces with tags attached. To start a return, email support@gramsthreads.com — once approved, we will send a prepaid return label.

Gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return. Everything else, including sale items, is covered by the 30-day window above.
