Guys, you can buy the hoodie without any fear, I highly recommend it! I'm from Brazil, everything arrived perfectly and the product is of great quality, it's a structured hoodie that's very soft on the inside. I'm 1.56m tall, weigh 60kg, ordered size M and it fit great, I'd say the size was ideal without being too loose or tight.

Excellent product, good fabric, heavy and warm, but the elastics are not of very high quality, especially the one at the hem. Buy a size larger as mentioned in other comments. The cap comes without an adjustment cord, which I think is a positive point because I find it aesthetically pleasing. I found it to be an excellent product with an excellent cost-benefit ratio.

Is 500 GSM actually heavy?
GSM is grams per square metre — how much fabric there is per unit of area. 500 GSM is a heavyweight construction: it is what gives the hoodie its dense hand feel and lets the silhouette hold its shape instead of collapsing the way a lightweight sweatshirt does.
Does the hood have drawstrings?
No. It is a double-layer hood with no cord — nothing to fuss with and nothing to bunch, and it holds its shape whether it is up or down.
Why is it $49 when comparable weights cost four times that?
Because there is no wholesale tier and no boutique markup in between. The hoodie is made in Troyes and sold here, and that is the whole supply chain. The fabric spec is on this page precisely so it can be compared against anything else you are looking at.
